The easiest way is to start here and just pick a day and time to work with and go from there. Of course, if you could both get together and let me know a day and time that works for both of you. Would you both happen to be available on Tuesday morning, April 1,2008 at 10:OOAM at the service center? This will only take an hour, if that. Thank you! Brian W. Shear, P.E. Investments, LLP Doug Martine, dmartine@fcgov.com Roger Buffington, rbuffington@fcgov.com I would like sit down with both of you to review our final utility plan revisions for The Plaza at Pavilion Lane. Our schedule is to start sitework construction on April 18, 2008. We are arranging our DCP permit with Marc Virata now. We will be submitting mylars the second week in April. The first building going in will be the Candlewood Suites hotel. We anticipate submitting for building permit before the end of April. We just want to coordinate transformer locations now and get those on the plans now. The coordination of water and sewer appurtenances with Power and Light transformers and other appurtenances will be our main coordination effort based on our experience with other hotel projects. So we are not doing a formal "Utility coordination meeting" with all parties. We have a builder for the hotel and he will be present in our coordination meeting. One of our goals will be to fill out the Light and Power forms as required. The Light and Power comments from the latest City review comments provided in a letter from Steve Olt dated 03/05/2008 note Doug Martine as the contact with the following comments (also see attachment): Number: 1 Created 12/06/2007 (02/11/08) It appears that 3 (?) pad type transformers will be required.
