QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, COMMENTS, RESPONSES ........ 1. Question: (Resident) Would this development create more traffic for the area? Answer: (Applicant) A traffic study is currently being prepared for the development proposal. Our traffic engineer says that it will meet required standards. 2. Question: (Resident) Will there be fencing along the north property line to help deter the kids in the residential neighborhood to the north from continuing to use this property for a playground? Answer: (Applicant) Yes, we could possibly include a fence along the north property line. 3. Question: (Resident) Is there any proposal for an expansion of the townhomes project to the north? Answer: (Applicant) That is not our property, so we have nothing to do with it. We are developing only on our property to the south of the townhomes. 4. Comment: (Resident) There are many kids in the townhome neighborhood to the north. We want some forms of deterrents to keep our kids safe. Response: (Applicant) We can look into what types of fencing and landscaping can be done to help deter the kids from coming onto the property after construction of the project begins.
