Steve,
Based on our December 2, 2008 meeting regarding the PDP Phase-2 and OPD
submittals, please find a list of items describing the items included. A separate cover
letter is provided with the Phase-2 PDP submittal.
The following is a list of the submittal items:
1.) 1 — Check #1023 to cover review fees for both submittals.
2.) It was determined at the meeting that an additional set of TIA reports was not
needed since it was still in compliance and was submitted with the Phase-1
PDP submittal.
3.) It was determined at the meeting that an APO list was not needed since two
sets of labels were provided for the Phase-1 submittal. Pees -FAr an addAiaaa1
4.) Response to CR and PDR comments are provided with the Phase-2 PDP
submittal (27 copies)
5.) 1 — Letter from Ayres explaining why the Master and Overall Drainage Plan
and overall Drainage report are not included in this submittal.

Planning and 7,oning Submittal Checklist: Overall Development Plan
The following information is required to be submitted, unless waived, with all applications.
Any item waived must be dated and initialed by a planner with the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Department.
Application form (1 copy), filing fee (plus .75 cents for each APO label) and sign posting fee.
Transportation Development Review Fee — please contact Engineering at 221-6605 for
information. ldThree (3) lists of namesand addresokiowof record f`p 1p�rty"dheight
hundred (800') feet of the property lines of the parcel of land proposed to be developed,
exclusive of public right-of-way. Two (2) lists shall be typed on mailing labels (33 per sheet),
the other list shall be a reproducible copy of those labels.
XAn overall development plan (30 copies - folded) composed of one or more sheets with an
outer dimension of twenty-four by thirty-six inches (24"x36") shall be submitted containing
information outlines in the submittal requirements.
Statement of planning objectives (26 copies).
