Due primarily to liability concerns, the Board does not want to change its prior decision to decline to grant a crossing for the proposed pedestrian bridge as a part of this project. We note in reviewing the plans that there will be a sidewalk on the east side of College Avenue, so residents from the neighborhood to the north of the project can in fact cross the ditch using the sidewalk to access North College Marketplace without being required to come on to North College Avenue.
