There is a Planning Development Review Fee to be paid and in this case it can be the Small Project Fee of $200.00 because there are no buildings in the Wetland PDP. Assuming Engineering is OK with your calculations (they determine the TDRF), the total amount would be: Planning Project Fee................................................................ $ 200.00 Sign Posting Fee ..................................................... $ 50.00 APOlist fee................................................................ TBD Engineering Project Fee................................................................. $2,000.00 Size of Development ............................................... $7,059.75 - $250/acre x 28.239 acres (on subdivision plat) Total = $9,309.75 (+ APO fee, once determined) These numbers come from 2 separate applications, being the TDRF'application and the Development Review application. Both must be completed and submitted with your PDP documentation. If an Overall Development Plan is required then the total fee would increase by $1,399.00. The actual North College Marketplace PDP (shopping center) fees will be substantially more, when submitted.
