Also: • Minimum turning radii is 25 feet inside, 50 feet outside. • Minimum travel width on secondary access is 16 feet (our minimum is 20 feet but since this is access only and no property to protect at this spot, decreased width is acceptable for temporary access), all-weather surface, accommodate 40 tons, maintained unobstructed at all times (removal of snow, construction material, vehicles, etc.). All this information must be recorded via the City, whether it's general notes or part of a DA. Questions? Let me know. I know we had talked a little bit about your feelings about our relocated Emergency Vehicle Access, and about the possible need for additional signage at the Kechter entrance, but I wanted to follow up with you to see if you had any additional information or direction on how you would like us to proceed. I have attached the exhibit showing our proposed location in case you need it. Please let me know if you need anything else from me in order to button things up. At first blush, this looks great. I'll pass this on to the client to make sure there isn't anything that I am missing. Once I get the thumbs up from them, we'll adjust our plans accordingly and process them with the city. Thanks again! The change from when we talked is for the placement of two signs. At the main entrance at Kechter/Northern Lights, PFA will require a sign that reads "2nd emergency access south on Strauss Cabin" and then at the emergency access point on Strauss Cabin, a sign that reads "Emergency vehicles only." We won't require any type of gate or chain at that second access point unless you have problems with private vehicles using this point as access between the subdivision and Strauss Cabin Road. 6/27/2011
