Members of the Council represent concerned citizens that live in the Ridgewood Hills, Shenandoah, and Registry Ridge neighborhoods that will be directly impacted by the proposed Ridgewood Hills Residents development project. The Council was formed to represent citizens that have objections to various components of the current development proposal. The Council visited the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department (City) offices on December 10, 2010 to review the development proposal. We appreciated the City accommodating our group and providing us with a complete copy of the proposal for review in a conference room, as well as providing us with copies of extra materials. We are submitting our observations and analysis of the development proposal regarding several areas of concern.
