Can you let me know where that review stands at this point? Thanks for your time. — Matt Matthew Heiser I ARCHITECTURE PC 1692 Big Thompson Ave, Ste 100 Estes Park, CO 80517 970.586.9140 x249 www.basisarchitecture.com file://CADocuments and Settings\solt\Local Settings\Temp\GW}0000l.HTM 5/21/2010 Page 1 of 1 From: Steve Olt To: Andrew Carney; Carie Dann; Jeff County; Jennifer Petrik; Peter Barnes; Rob Irish; Roger Buffington; Wes Lamarque Date: 5/21/2010 3:25 PM Subject Kaufman & Robinson Office Development CC: matthew_heiser@basisarchitecture.com; twc@ridgelineconsultants.com Re: Kaufman & Robinson Office Development - Final Plans Based on comments I have received from you following our staff review of April 21, 2010, 1 think we are ready to accept mylars of the Site Plan, Landscape Plan, Building Elevations, and Subdivision Plat. I cannot speak for the Utility Plans at this time. At the meeting on April 21 st we instructed the applicant to submit PDF's of the development plans for a "final" check without having to go through another formal round of review. The applicant did e-mail the documents to us on May 11th and I have received comments from all of you since. Please let me know ASAP if there are outstanding issues that prevent us from accepting mylars for recording. The applicant would like to submit mylars to complete the project. Thanks, Steve file://CADocuments and Settings\solt\Local Settings\Temp\GW}00002.HTM 5/21/2010
