I just spoke with Steve Olt in regard to getting your approval to remove the mansard screen from this project. Our client prefers the look of the building without the mansard screen as the screen is architectural and does not screen any roof top units. If needed, we can amend our permit drawings with a revised elevation showing this change. Please let me know if it acceptable to move forward without the screen.
