It needs some kind of covering, pediment, roof etc. for weather and identity. 2. The walkways need to work efficiently for users — see attached. 3. Since the floor plan was included, I have a friendly observation that the entry looks like it needs a closet nearby, and there's an obvious place to do that, while also buffering the bedroom from the entry/living/kitchen area. Yes, it shrinks the living room... but also adds interest to the living room in fact could have double doors facing the living room to add more interest than a blank wall. I was just staying in an apt with this situation and it helped prevent the room from feeling so limited. 4. We need to see the architecture of those meter screens. 5. Adding another window on the street side in the upstairs bedrooms would help a lot in adding interest and charm. They now have doors facing Avondale Road, although they are back at the second tier building face. I wanted to follow up with you on Comment #8 Topic: Site Plan (Page 5) on the attached comments. We have revised our 2-Bedroom Unit on the Main Floor of Buildings A, C and D to satisfy this comment. We moved the front door to the units adjacent to Avondale around to the side so that they are visible from the street. Would you mind looking at our revised design (attached) to see if this will satisfy the requirements of 3.5.2(C)(2) and Comment #8. Thank you! Shannon Shannon Robbins 4/5/2011
