certain plans prior to the Administrative Hearing (i.e. Photometric Plans). Now that we are set for Monday, April
25th, can you tell me how much time Staff will need to review the updated and added plans prior to hearing?

• We can work with PDF's at this time, prior to the hearing on April 25tn
• You can submit only pages of the documents that have revisions, as long as that is clear to the various City
staff people.
• Please return a response letter to the staff letter dated March 25, 2011 (attached).
If/when you respond to this e-mail with PDF's please respond to ALL (since I have copied this e-mail to all City
staff involved).
