Attached is a cross-section showing the relationship of existing single-family homes to
the proposed 2-story Building D in Tract A of the Ridgewood Hills Residences, PDP. This
represents the west end of Tract A on the south side of Avondale Road. The finish grade
on Tract A is proposed to be lower than the grade for the homes to the west.
