I talked with the City Clerk's office Tuesday morning, May 24th, and was informed that no appeal was filed for the
Hearing Officer's decision to approve the Ridgewood Hills Residences Project Development Plan. The
appeal deadline was Monday, May 23, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.
