Shannon,
Per Section 2.2.11(C) of the Land Use Code, within a maximum of 3 years following the approval of a
Project Development Plan (PDP), the applicant must proceed by obtaining the Director's approval of a
final plan for all or part of the PDP. You do not have a specific timeline to submit the Final Plans;
however, there is significant time involved with Final Plan review and you must have the plans
approved within 3 years. The date of your PDP approval is May 9, 2011 so you must have the Final
Plans reviewed and approved (signed mylars for recording) by May 9, 2014.

Good Morning, Steve!
I am putting together our schedule to complete our Final Compliance Plan for Ridgewood Hills. Can you tell me
if there are timeline requirements set forth by the City that we have to submit or be approved within a certain
amount of days following the Administrative Hearing?
Thanks!
Shannon
