We currently have the City of Fort Collins owning Tract V, Maple Hill, conveyed by a warranty deed recorded 4/7/2004 at reception # 20040032681. How will this be handled when the lots are created? Will the City of Fort Collins own all of the tracts designated on the prelim plat as Tracts A — C, utility easements etc... The plat is not very clear about this. The same type of note about abandonment of this sewer access should be shown. Sheet #4, Note 2: Boxelder staff has met with Maple Hill representatives on a number of occasions since their decision to submit a change in the type of residential housing in this phase. Boxelder and Maple Hill have not agreed upon a layout of the sewer service laterals that will connect to its collector lines within the Maple Hill development. Number: 69 Created: 8/10/2010 [8/10/101 Will the three housing types also have mirror options? Number: 73 Created: 8/10/2010 [8/10/10] 1 would like to see a corner lot option where the garage entrance is on the side of the house rather than the front. Number: 74 Created: 8/10/2010 [8/10/10] The single-family attached unit example does not show two garages, the site plan indicates that these units would have garages both facing the same street. The example provided looks like a corner lot example. The 2nd entrance is not dominant enough, it looks like a large single-family not like two units. Number: 75 Created: 8/10/2010 [8/10/10] Can the porch on Option 1 be looked at again? This seems to me like it should be a more dominant feature of the fagade, it is really hidden with the current design. Topic: Landscape Plan Number: 48 Created: 8/10/2010 (8/10/10] Please add percentages to the tree table to verify the project is compatible with 3.2.1(D)(3).
