Subject: North College Marketplace - building permits
Steve,
Now that King Soopers is up and running from a construction perspective we would like to focus on getting 2 of
our buildings going as well. We would like to submit for building permit in early October for building 9 then mid
October for building 5. 1 have attached the latest elevations and partial site plans of the 2 buildings for your
review. As you may notice, some items are adjusting slightly due to input from the tenants and as we develop the
construction documents.
Please take a quick look at the attachments and let me know if we are okay to submit to the building department
and review the process we go through there after.
We would also like to get any approvals from you on colors and finishes prior to the ordering of material (unlike
King Sooper) so let's talk about that too.
