Subject RE: North College Marketplace - updated elevations / building permit
CC: Peter Barnes
Andy,
After comparing your Building Permit application drawings with the recorded Building Elevations for the North
College Marketplace I do see enough differences in the articulation and materials for the 2 buildings to warrant
submittal and review of a Minor Amendment. Please submit 4 copies of your new plans and Sheets 1 & 2 of the
recorded Architectural Elevations, the Minor Amendment application, and the fee of $192.00 to the Zoning
Department to begin the short review process. If approved we will then record mylars of your new drawings with
the North College Marketplace, Second Filing mylars.

Thank you Steve, that answers a lot. As long as we can have these submitted concurrently we should be fine. I
will contact the building department.
Thank you,

Andy,
I will have time to look at the drawings and get back to you by next Tuesday morning, September 28th. You
certainly are allowed to submit the construction documents to Building Department for permits at any time. I have
nothing to do with the building permit process. The only other approvals that may be needed prior to issuance of
building permits might be Minor Amendments, depending on the nature of the proposed changes to the
approved and recorded development plans. If Minor Amendments are deemed to be necessary they can be
reviewed concurrent with your building permit applications.
