Please submit 4 copies of your new plans and Sheets 1 & 2 of the recorded Architectural Elevations, the Minor Amendment application, and the fee of $192.00 to the Zoning Department to begin the short review process. If approved we will then record mylars of your new drawings with the North College Marketplace, Second Filing mylars. You certainly are allowed to submit the construction documents to Building Department for permits at any time. I have nothing to do with the building permit process. The only other approvals that may be needed prior to issuance of building permits might be Minor Amendments, depending on the nature of the proposed changes to the approved and recorded development plans. If Minor Amendments are deemed to be necessary they can be reviewed concurrent with your building permit applications.
