As a follow-up to your recent inquiries, the LWIC Board of Directors will be holding its regular
monthly meeting on Friday, April 3'. The Board will reconsider this matter at that time. I just
will not have any further reading from the Board until that time, however, I will let you know
what the Board decides on Friday afternoon or not later than Monday morning.
Thank you.

The LWIC Board reconsidered the matter of the pedestrian bridge at its April 3`d meeting. Due
primarily to liability concerns, the Board does not want to change its prior decision to decline to
grant a crossing for the proposed pedestrian bridge as a part of this project. We note in reviewing
the plans that there will be a sidewalk on the east side of College Avenue, so residents from the
neighborhood to the north of the project can in fact cross the ditch using the sidewalk to access
North College Marketplace without being required to come on to North College Avenue.
Thank you.
