Here is the answer to one of Ruth's questions (attachment): The grade change, retaining wall, and landscape
will prevent pedestrians from directly accessing the store from N College Ave. — they will access at the entry
drive.
We know the King Soopers standard drive isle width is well below the 22 feet, and have asked for
documentation prior to the PC hearing next Thursday.
