College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80524 January 20, 2010 Dear Mr. Dush I wish to hereby request an extension of the ninety -day requirement for PDP re -submittal from the date of receipt of written comments for the Colorado Iron and Metal PDP, as required in section 2.2.11(A) of the Fort Collins Land Use Code. The latest comments we received are dated October 22, 2009. My client is in negotiation with the property to the south regarding acquiring a drainage easement. The ability to get the easement affects the design of the drainage outfall, so we need more time to attempt to resolve this issue before we finalize the design. Sin rely, I Troy . Jo es A.I.
