Dear Mr. Dush
I wish to hereby request an extension of the ninety -day requirement for
PDP re -submittal from the date of receipt of written comments for the
Colorado Iron and Metal PDP, as required in section 2.2.11(A) of the
Fort Collins Land Use Code. The latest comments we received are dated
October 22, 2009. My client is in negotiation with the property to the
south regarding acquiring a drainage easement. The ability to get the
easement affects the design of the drainage outfall, so we need more
time to attempt to resolve this issue before we finalize the design.

The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a sixty (60) day
extension to the Colorado Iron and Metal, PDP. This project was last reviewed by Staff
on October 14, 2009, and comments were returned to the applicant on October 22,
2009. Based on this extension, a Re -submittal, addressing the last round of Staff
comments, must be submitted to the Community Development and Neighborhood
Services Office no later than March 22, 2010.
