As we prepare for the Planning & Zoning Board public hearing on Thursday, May 21 st, I need the following "stuff'
for the North College Marketplace, Second Filing - PDP and the North College Marketplace - Amended Overall
Development Plan (ODP):
* rendered Site and/or Landscape Plans and rendered Building Elevations for the PDP ..... please e-mail these
documents to Richael Michels (rmichels@fcgov.com) and me (solt@fc og v.com) by Wednesday morning, May
6th.
* rendered Amended ODP ..... this document should eliminate the previously proposed pedestrian/bicycle
bridge crossing of the Larimer & Weld Canal and now show the potential future pedestrian/bicycle bridge
crossing next to North College Avenue. Please e-mail this document to Richael and me by Wednesday morning,
May 6th.
* 2 sets of 24" x 36" plans (black & white prints) of the aforementioned documents, plus the Lighting Plan for the
PDP. Please do not bind ..... deliver these to me no later than Monday morning, May 11th.

Subject RE: North College Marketplace
I did say that Friday would be acceptable for the Black/ White plans because I was told that the Site Plan was still
changing due to the parking layout. However, after talking to Andy I was told that I could get the B/ W by
tomorrow, May 6th, to enable us to print the packet for distribution to the Board members next Monday. If this
isn't possible please send as soon as possible.
Rendered stuff can still be sent by next Wednesday, May 13th, to include in our powerpoint presentation.

Team: Per a quick conversation with Steve this morning at the City, I have the following changes to the
schedule outlined below.
Andy- I will need all (parking layout, lighting, etc.) proposed changes to the site base ASAP (Wednesday at
noon) to make the necessary changes by Friday.
• No items are due tomorrow.
• Due this Friday: 8.5 x 11" and 11x17" sized B/W documents for inclusion into the P&Z packet
distribution (Monday)
o Site plan
o Landscape plan
o Building Elevations
o Proposed ODP amendment
• Due next Wednesday morning (5.13.09) for inclusion into P&Z power point
o Rendered site/landscape plan
o Rendered ODP amendment
o Rendered building elevations
• Due Monday, May 18th
o 2 sets of 24" x 36" (B/W) of aforementioned plan documents, plus the lighting plan.
