Steve - We have a Proposed Chase bank at Willox and College, We have been working with the Developer
Loveland Commercial and Nathan Klein and understand that that the overall is approved thru Planning and
Zoning, with final plans in progress, I have attached a Bank plan for one of the parcels.
Can you please review this and tell me what the planning approval process will be, Previously we did a Location
similar to this that required just an Administrative Amendment review for planning followed by building
Department.
Please call me or send me an e-mail with what is needed and thanks in advance for your time

Kris,
The proposed Chase Bank in the North College Marketplace, at North College Avenue and Willox Lane, will be
able to be processed by the City of Fort Collins as a Minor Amendment if the pad site you are considering is
granted final approval as part of the North College Marketplace/King Soopers Final Plan.
The applicant/developer has not yet submitted Final Plans that must be reviewed for compliance with the North
College Marketplace, Project Development Plan approved by the Planning & Zoning Board on May 21, 2009.
Once the Final Plans are submitted, approved, and recorded (and if they contain final plan information on the
pad site your considering) you can submit your site specific development plans for the bank as a Minor
Amendment, which is reviewed and approved administratively by staff, without public hearing. Otherwise, you
might have to go through the City's Final Plan review and approval for the bank.
