Dear Mr. Olt,
This is to follow up our conversations regarding the upcoming Final Plan, Dev. and Review Mtg. on the
proposed Mega King Soopers for the N.College Market Place.
Many of us who live within sight, but especially sound, of this coming mega store are very concerned
with the 24/7 proposed hours of operation. Can these hours be mitigated to give the neighborhood a
rest? We are dreading the large delivery trucks beeping away as they back to loading docks. This and
the sound of dumpster lids crashing down in the night can travel huge distances on a still night with the
windows open.
Will there be restricted hours of delivery? Quiet zones and hours? Are there any protections?
These concerns have been raised before but not answered.
