Good Morning,
Just a quick note to thank you for all the trouble you went to following up
on my complaint. I feel very fortunate to live in place where departments
actually listen to a citizen's concerns. Since speaking with you I am very
happy to report there has been a water truck on site every day so far. It
is a shame that it takes a complaint and an inspector to go on site in order
for a company to do what they have contracted to do. I think that only way
in the future to prevent this kind of thing is to have in the contract if
an inspector has to come out on site after receiving a complaint and if the
company is found to be in violation there will be a fine to pay. Sometimes
that is the only way to get people to do the right thing is if it effects
their bottom line.
