09/20/2011: The applicant has submitted only a subdivision plat at this time to create 2
separate lots on the property bounded by East Drake Road to the north, Iowa Drive to the
east, Limon Drive to the south and Illinois Drive to the west. This is in preparation for
potential separate development proposals on the lots in the future. No other
documentation was submitted at this time.
