My response to this is going to be that to not provide the easements requires a variance request and approval from all the utility providers. We can certainly proceed with that process if he wants, but I don't know that we would get a response that they are not needed when we don't know the uses. Our desire is not to burden the property with side yard easements at this time. We would prefer to wait until there is a site plan for the lots and then determine with the utility providers if an easement is necessary. If easements were added to the plat at this time there is a good chance they would impact potential site plans and have to be removed. We appreciate your input.
