Mike Brake left me a message and I will call him back tomorrow. My response to this is going to be that
to not provide the easements requires a variance request and approval from all the utility providers. We
can certainly proceed with that process if he wants, but I don't know that we would get a response that
they are not needed when we don't know the uses.

Roger,
Got your message about the easements and how it was just a question on your comments. Our desire is
not to burden the property with side yard easements at this time. We would prefer to wait until there is a
site plan for the lots and then determine with the utility providers if an easement is necessary. If
easements were added to the plat at this time there is a good chance they would impact potential site
plans and have to be removed.
