I have not yet heard back from Matt Wempe. In answer to your question about your being needed at the meeting, the planner's standard answer is that we do not know what kinds of questions and/or concerns will be expressed at the meeting. I only know what Shannon Robbins with HCS Design Group (the developer) said: Our Team met with the Ridgewood Hills HOA last night to informally present our proposed development plan. They asked many questions and made many comments that will help us prepare for our Neighborhood Meeting on the 20th. City staff tries to ensure that we are sufficiently represented so that we can adequately respond to and answer questions to the best of our ability. Steve >>> Susan Joy 9/13/2010 12:15 PM >>> Hi Steve! :) I can't think of any engineering concerns that would come up at this meeting. Ward and Matt would be the better choice to answer traffic and ped concerns as I can't answer them. Are you sure you need me there? Thanks, Susan >>> Steve Olt 09/13/10 12:01 PM >>> I am conducting a neighborhood meeting next Monday night, September 20th, regarding a proposed multi -family residential project (part or all affordable housing) on Tracts N & T of Ridgewood Hills (see attached notification letter).
