Staff continues to review the submittal documentation provided by the applicant/developer and anticipates that there will be some revisions to the plans as a result of staff comments. Staff also is reviewing the Ridgewood Hills/Shenandoah Neighborhood Council Response to Ridgewood Hills Development Proposal document that was provided by your Council. The purpose of the meeting on Friday is not, however, to strictly speak to your document. We had, at your direction, invited the Council member contacts to meet with us and, therefore, there is limited seating space in the conference room that we have reserved. We want to clarify the objective of this meeting on Friday. We know this is different from the public hearing meeting, but we are unclear as to what our role will be at this meeting. Will you strictly be speaking to our document, or to the whole project in general? If we have other residents there too, will they be allowed to make comments or to ask questions, and is it okay if non -council residents attend? Again, we thank you for working together with us on this project and keeping us informed of each step in the process. Joy Short 970-689-3420 Joyioy450@comcast.net 1/12/2011
