They went out with the adoption of the Land Use Code in 1997. Second, the City is not in the business of naming developments, we only ensure that there are no name conflicts. Certainly the name "Ridgewood Hills Fourth Filing" should be in the title somewhere on all plan sheets to provide continuity with the previously approved Ridgewood Hills First, Second and Third Filings. The developer certainly can have another name in the title (such as Ridgewood Hills Residences) for marketing, sales purposes. This name should be primarily on the Site, Landscape, Building Elevations and Lighting Plans; and, possibly the utility plans. Another comment is that the titles should match. Could you please tell us what we want to call the project from the City's standpoint? We are fine with "Ridgewood Hills Fourth Filing", but before we recreate every document, I would like to have confirmation. Thanks!
