This required a site visit to obtain additional data. This was conducted when the weather was relatively mild to maximize the number of pedestrians. The revisions are reflected in The "Ridgewood Hills Residences TIS," dated March 2011 Number 81: 1. Was verified and revised. 2. There are two parcels: Tract T (now A) and Tract N (now B). It was expected that development would be phased. The TIS was revised to reflect.- - Short range is Tract A — 84 Apartments - Mid range is the addition of Tract B — 62 Townhomes (Full Development) 3. It was decided that this would not be geared toward senior residences. Therefore, no trip reductions were taken. 4. No comment. 5. Based on email discussions it was determined that the accesses did not need to line up. We addeddetailed level of service analyses for the access along Avondale Road. 6. Was revised. Number 87 — Was expanded per discussions with Joe Olson and Ward Stanford. Number 88 - Was revised
