If acceptable, we will add this information at Final Design via a Utility Landscape Plan. All landscaped areas are shown on the actual Landscape Plans, therefore we do not want to duplicate or cause confusion by having planting direction on the Civil Plans. The District provided language and this has been added to the Plat. Minimum clearances were applied to all trees and district lines within the Landscape Plan. Please see revised Plan Sets. b. Acknowledged. This will be completed with Final Design. c. Acknowledged. One dead end line is noted with the Phasing Plan. d. Acknowledged. The design team will be meeting with the District to discuss the mechanical calculations for these buildings and the tap needs. We will work with the District to ensure that we do not oversize the infrastructure. Sufficient easements are in place if larger services are deemed necessary. e. Acknowledged. The Owner has elected not to provide a pool on Tract A, but rather a Clubhouse for the residences of this development.
