Dear Residents,
On Friday, March 11, 2011 the applicant/developer for the Ridgewood Hills Residences, Project Development
Plan - #33-10 submitted plan revisions in response to City staff comments issued to them on February 7, 2011.
Staff and the developer will be discussing their plan revisions at a staff review meeting Wednesday morning,
March 23, 2011. The purpose of this meeting is to determine if the plans comply with the rules, regulations and
requirements set forth in the City's Land Use Code. If they satisfy the requirements necessary at the Project
Development Plan level of review then the Ridgewood Hills Residences, PDP could be scheduled for an
Administrative Public Hearing in front of a City -appointed Hearing Officer. If not, another round of review would be
necessary. This will be determined at the staff review meeting on March 23rd.

Hi Steve,
FYI, I'm going to be requiring the development to build a sidewalk between the two single-family homes to
connect to Peyton Drive. The plat shows this area as an access/utility/etc easement, but it is owned by the
Ridgewood Hills HOA. I've checked with Paul, and he feels we are within our rights as owners of the access
easement to require that the developer build the sidewalk.
This could be an issue moving forward since the HOA owns the underlying property, so I wanted you to know in
advance.
