Yes, the "final" staff comment letter, with red -lined plans, will be available for you tomorrow. We may have to
move the public hearing to a later date if Council Chambers and Rich Lopez availability were to change after
tomorrow.

I have 2 possible dates for the administrative hearing for the Ridgewood Hills Residences, PDP. They are
Monday, April 18t' or Wednesday, April 20t'. City Council chambers and Rich Lopez, the hearing officer, are
available both those nights. I would like to confirm a date as soon as possible.
