Joy,
The date, time and location for the required Administrative Public Hearing are not yet established. I am still
working with the developer to set the date and time.
No, the PDP was not officially "approved" last Friday, March 25th. What occurred then was the finalization of the
City staff comment letter to the developer based on our review of compliance with Land Use Code requirements
as they relate to their revised plans. An official decision (approval or denial) on the PDP will be made by the
assigned Hearing Officer within 10 working days of the date of the Administrative Hearing that he will conduct.
Again, the date is still to be determined.
All Affected Property Owners (within at least 1,000 feet of the development site) will be notified by letter, which will
be mailed at least 14 days prior to the date of the hearing. In this case the notification area includes all properties
within the Ridgewood Hills and Shenandoah developments, so the mailing is going to property owners at a
distance of 1,000 feet to 3,500 feet depending on the direction from the site.
