The emails below describe Building and Fire's requirements. The sprinkler system will need to be an R13 and the
water tap must be in a separate accessible room from the exterior. Let me know if you have questions about this.
The attached is the comment letter. The highlighted parts are the only parts of my compliance comments that
need addressed. The overall comments that need addressed have the number highlighted.

Emma,
I'm assuming that this is a new Tri-plex building not townhome SF attached???
If my assumption is correct then, the sprinkler system is a 13K The building can be served with a single tap
provided the water pressures and flow rates of the tri-plex w/sprinkler can be achieved. The riser for the
water tap must be in a separate room accessible from the exterior and not within one of the units.
