(removed, relocated, to where, etc) Temporary drainage silt fence and hay/straw barrier is not necessary on plans. Maybe on building permit plans, but not these. - I would prefer to see existing trees be of a lighter line weight and proposed to be darker so I can tell what is proposed vs existing. - There is a oval shaped something, 12' callout and a tree to the west of the garage, this is not on the site plan, what is this? Add to the site plan if this is a patio or something. - You have called out "no irrigation" on the lot, this may not be allowed. Typically at building permit, irrigation plans are submitted for review. I have contacted Water Conservation to see if this does not apply in all cases. I'll get you an answer as soon as I hear from them.
