10/14/2011: Show on the construction drawing how the water service will be re-routed to the
meter pit and back to the building.
O6/23/2011: Move the water meter to a meter pit in a landscaped area. Meter pit must be
within 2 feet of the curb stop, and curb stop must be in easement or R.O.W.

10/18/2011: As the utility and grading information is now shown as part of the site plan, no City
Engineering signature block is needed. Also, as mentioned earlier, no Development
Agreement will be done with this project nor a Development Construction Permit. However, an
Excavation permit will need to be obtained from the Construction Inspection Department prior to
starting any work within the public ROW.

06/10/2011: The electric service to the existing house will need to be relocated before
commencement of construction of the duplex. Also, as mentioned in the applicants notes,
installation of a new pad type electric transformer near the N.W. corner of the lot will be
necessary. One or more of the existing trees in this area may need to be removed by the
owner. All costs for this construction, plus electric development charges will apply. Due to the
existing trees, the owner may be required to provide at least a portion of the electric utility

10/18/2011: Plan is improved. Please add some spot elevations along the flowlines of the
sideyard swales to help ensure the swale gets built correctly.
06/21/2011: The grading plan needs to be more defined along the property lines and show
clearly how the contractor is to grade the site.
