Also, as mentioned earlier, no Development Agreement will be done with this project nor a Development Construction Permit. However, an Excavation permit will need to be obtained from the Construction Inspection Department prior to starting any work within the public ROW. Also, as mentioned in the applicants notes, installation of a new pad type electric transformer near the N.W. corner of the lot will be necessary. One or more of the existing trees in this area may need to be removed by the owner. All costs for this construction, plus electric development charges will apply.
