HomeMy WebLinkAbout220 EDWARDS STREET - PDP - 36-07 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARING�--� Planning, Development and Transportation Services Current Planning City of Fort Collins April 7, 2008 Dear Resident: On Thursday, April 24, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible), in the Community Room at 215 North Mason Street*, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Public Hearing to consider a development proposal in your neighborhood. A decision on the proposal will result from this public hearing. Please access the Community Room by the public door at the north end of the building adjacent to the parking lot. • This is a project known as 220 Edwards Street - Project Development Plan (File #36-07). This request is for a new 1,200 square foot, 2-story single-family residence on the alley end of the property, west of the existing single-family residence and detached garage at the corner of Edwards Street and Mathews Street. A Project Development Plan submittal, for review of the actual site plan and building elevations, was made to the City on November 14, 2007, and has been through 2 rounds of development review in the City. This property is located at the northwest corner of Edwards Street and Mathews Street and is zoned NCM, Neighborhood Conservation Medium Density (please see attached Vicinity Map). The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
