all comments and concerns expressed in this letter must be addressed and included on the
mylars (reproducible plans) of the Site, Landscape & Utility Plan and the Building
Elevations Plan. Be sure and return all red -lined plans when you submit the mylars of the

Existing asphalt to be removed and replaced with 6 inches thick concrete connecting the
driveway to the sidewalk in the ROW.
This revision can be done and submitted on the final mylar. No additional review required.

address for the new structure. Regardless of what the determination is, the new structure's
address must be mounted in numerals at least six inches high, on the Edwards Street side of
the building.

drive approach and the sidewalk. This asphalt patch will need to be removed and replaced
with concrete. See the existing concrete alley driveway on the south side directly across the
