We are in the informal review stage, so I know there is a fair amount of email correspondence that this date could be based on also, but as I am leaving soon and the next planner to take this over may not be aware of the informal correspondence, I recommend either trying to submit final mylars before the 12/25/11 expiration date, or requesting an extension between now and then if you aren't sure what the plan is to be safe. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanx, sd From: Troy Jones [mailto:troy@architex.com] Sent: Thursday, December 01, 2011 11:50 AM To: Steve Dush Subject: FW: Co Iron and Metal FDP Steve, Colorado Iron & Metal chose not to proceed with the purchase of that 1020 NE Frontage Road property, so we are now back to rekindling the 903 Buckingham site. We therefore need to request an extension. Please see the email conversation below for a background on the conversation I had with Emma on this. My email was intended to be a heads up to you, not suggesting you should necessarily pursue an extension right now. We have the mylars printed and ready to submit. The neighbor is dragging his feet signing the off -site easement. Should we ask Steve Dush what his take is on whether he'd need us to request an extension in this current status?
