The offsite easements at 3 pages each are $21 each. So assuming these documents are in acceptable final form the total cost paid to Larimer County Recorder would be $117. %%%au /_10 elaata, I_Zle Development Review Engineering City of Fort Collins 970 221-6567 mvirata@fcoov.com From: Steve Olt [mailto:SOLT@fcgov.com] Sent: Thursday, January 19, 2012 9:26 AM To: Sheri Langenberger; Marc Virata Cc: Troy Jones' Subject: FW: Colorado Iron & Metal recording fees Sheri and Marc, I assume the recording fees Troy is referring to are for the off -site slope and drainage easements, being a total of 6 pages. What are the fees for those? Steve From: Troy Jones [mailto:troy@architex.com] Sent: Wednesday, January 18, 2012 4:52 PM To: Steve Olt Subject: Colorado Iron & Metal recording fees Steve, We just received the final signature on the last off -site easement for Colorado Iron & Metal, so in the next few days I'll be bringing in the mylars, the development agreement, and the two off -site easements. The mylars include 14 pages of utility plan, 3 copies of the single -page plat drawing, and 10 pages of the planning set. The development agreement is 18 pages. The off -site slope easement is 3 pages, and the off -site drainage easement is 3 pages. How much should I have the check made out to Larimer County for to pay for the recording fees? Troy 1/19/2012
