RE: Address Change Memorandum

The owners of the Fort Collins Marketplace located at Lot 1 Block 1 of Creger Plaza
Subdivision (Replat of Lots 1 - 4) have requested an address change to bring a more
cohesive addressing scheme to the entire shopping center. This request has been
approved by the City. Some of the buildings in Lot 1 had originally been assigned with a
Mason St address, while others were addressed off of S College Ave. This has created
trouble for both business owners, customers, and others in finding businesses based on an
address.
Below I have listed the old address and next to it in Bold is the new address. Note: All
Unit numbers associated with each building will remain the same. Only the street
addresses are changing, but not the Unit Addressing.
Hereafter:
3600 Mason St is now 3617 S College Ave
3620 Mason St is now 3605 S College Ave
3640 & 3680. Mason St are both now 3663 S College Ave
3700 Mason St is now 3675 S College Ave
No change to the 3645 S College Ave building
Please update your records to reflect this change. If you need clarification regarding this
