The ground floor Commercial is approximately 8,400 square feet.
The 23 residential units total approximately 24,800 square feet.
Individual parking garages which total approximately 4,000 square feet.
The building will have fire suppression system.
Project objective: Combine sustainable planning and building materials with passive
and active high efficiency techniques to achieve a high efficiency mixed use project. Site
development to include grading, utilities, site concrete, paving, retaining walls, and
landscaping.
Project Questions:
1. Is existing ROW and adjacent utility easements adequate?
2. Existing C & G location adequate with replacement of damaged C & G and installation of C & G
where required?
3. Sidewalk requirements?
4. Power location and easement requirements?
5. Fire hydrant spacing requirements along existing streets and within courtyard area?
6. Fire department access within courtyard?
7. Drainage criteria? Outfall? Water quality storage requirements?
8. Water/sewer infrastructure? Service requirements for uses proposed
ie: one tap or multiple taps based on number of buildings or number of units?
