Be sure and return any red -lined plans when you re -submit the necessary information, and paper copies of the subdivision plat, about the Plum Street ROW dedication. Dechario (Reception #2002079205, dated July 26, 2002). A copy of the recorded Warranty Deed is attached to this letter. She suggests two options to correct the discrepancy in the spelling of the last name: a. Prepare and record a correction deed so that the property is in the correct name (Dechairo). b. Sign the plat with both spellings (Dechairo & Dechario), noting correct spelling for title purposes. Please contact Megan, at 498-7065, if you want to discuss this further with her office. We still do not know how the south 10' of Plum Street ROW was dedicated. Page 1
