11/21/2011: Comments by JR Engineering indicate that Light & Power construction has already
begun on several lots. Light & Power construction on an adjacent site has begun which will
provide a source of power to Provincetowne Filing Four. Light & Power has not invoiced for
filing four, the electric system has not been designed, and construction has not begun. Please
contact Doug Martine in Light & Power Engineering at 224-6152.

11/29/2011: The first note on sheet 3 is incorrect. Only lots 8-11 will be eligible for building
permits with Provincetowne Filing Three Phase 3D. Lot 7 can not be included as a part of this
because not all the frontage of the lot will be constructed with Phase 3D as required for a
building to be eligible for building permit, also in accordance with section 3.6.2(C) of the LUC
for this lot to take access off of this stub (a house with a driveway) a temporary turnaround
would need to be dedicated and provided at the end of the street. If you really want to include
lot 7 then we will need to revise Phase 3D, showing the additional frontage that is to be
constructed, relocate the FH (may not be necessary don't know for sure where it got placed),
pay the additional inspection fees, dedicate a temporary turn around easement and construct a
gravel turn around.
