Erica will provide the City's mapping for Box Elder Creek, with an edge defined. She requested that our PDP plans delineate the edge and provide dimensions from the edge of development to Box Elder Creek. This area should be labeled "Natural Features Buffer" on site plan, landscape plan, natural features plan and the subdivision plat. 2. Erica requested that the applicant provide additional planting around the existing water quality pond. 3. Plantings along the Box Elder Creek drainage are to be native species only, no hybrids. Plantings should provide structural diversity with varying tree and shrub heights. Consider adding Serviceberry trees to the mix to add structural diversity and increase screening of loading dock activities. 4. Nothing additional is needed along the southwest side adjacent to the drainage channel. 5. Erica will research the proposed seed mix and let us know if she wants any changes made. 6. The City will not require an Ecological Characterization Study or additional mapping of the natural areas. 7. No fencing is needed between the proposed development and the natural area.
