OF A PERMITTED USE
Request to add Unlimited Indoor Recreation as an Addition of a Permitted Use for the
vacant property at 4518 Innovation Drive in the Harmony Corridor zone district. The
proposed use is a new 11,266 square foot building for an indoor archery range. The
parcel is Lot 10 of the Golden Meadows Business Park located on Innovation Drive
north of East Harmony Road.

concern and is considered for approval as a group allowing the Planning and Zoning

2. # 17-09 CENTRE AVENUE RESIDENCES PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLAN
This is a request for a multi -family residential project containing 30 dwelling units in 3
buildings on 2.4 acres. There will be 10 units per building and each building will be 4
stories (60'-5") in height. The resulting density is 12.5 dwelling units per acre. A total of
64 on -site parking spaces will be provided in underground garages (48) and on
surface parking areas (16). The New Mercer Ditch runs along the north side of the
property, providing a wildlife corridor in that location. The property is located at the
northeast comer of Centre Avenue and Worthington Circle in the 7th Filing of the
Centre for Advanced Technology. Vehicular access to the site will be from both
streets. The property is in the E - Employment Zoning District.
