Thanks very much for your note and the information. There is one item of
interest to me that could be of mutual benefit to both the developer and
myself.
have a house that needs to be demolished at 305 N. Meldrum. It's between
the corner house (303 N. Meldrum) and the old store building. 305 N. Meldrum
is beyond repair; part of the roof is missing and the remaining portion is
basically worthless. That being said, I notice that the developer is
planning on demolishing a house. Under the right circumstances, it could be
possible to move that house across the street and put it at 305 N. Meldrum.
The developer might be interested because it could be of mutual benefit.
