Dear Resident or Property Owner:
On Thursday, July 19th, 2007 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the City of Fort Collins Community
Room at 215 N. Mason St. (north entrance), the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department
will conduct a neighborhood meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The
project is known as Solar Village Maple.
This is a proposal to redevelop the site at the northeast corner of Maple and Meldrum into a three-
story mixed -use project with approximately 8400 square feet of commercial space on the first floor
and a total of 23 dwelling units on the second and third floors. The property is zoned D—Downtown,
Civic Center Sub -district.
At this meeting, you will have an opportunity to hear from the developer and architect about their
plans, ask questions and share your thoughts about their plans. If the project moves forward, you will
have another opportunity to provide input at a public hearing, at which time you will receive a similar
notification.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record
keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
