Re: Submittal Rollins Subdivision — Plat and Site Plan

Dear Mr. Shepard:
Enclosed are the following items required to finalize the Rollins Subdivision:
nine copies of both the Plat and the Site Plan.
The Plat includes comments that we received from Engineering during concept
review. The Site Plan was developed to include all of the requirements set forth
in the "Type 1 Administrative Hearing Amended Findings, Conclusions and
Decision", dated January 12, 2011. The site plan includes all applicable landscape
requirements from this Decision.
We have commenced design of the residence. Upon completion we will be
making a submittal of the building design, utility and drainage plans. Please feel
